PURCHASE GUIDE
C. CANETTI & Co provides you with the following ways of ordering:
Through our website you can browse through the categories of our products. After selecting the product you want to purchase, click on "Add to Cart" on the corresponding button that appears in the product. The product will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart where you can change the quantity, delete the product or continue shopping other products. After completing the selection of items, press the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart, where you will be transferred to a new page to complete your order. Fill in your details, select the payment and shipping method and click on the "Place Order" button. This will complete your online order.
When the above procedure is completed you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order. (You do not need to create a user account for your order, but this process is particularly useful to access your order tracking and to avoid having to re-enter your details in any future purchases).
You can place your order by calling 210 6721500. Through our website you can browse our product categories to select the product you are interested in. After selecting the desirable item you want to buy, call the above number. The name and the code of the product are essential requirements for your order to be placed by our representatives.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay your order in the following ways:
With your credit, debit and prepaid card through Alpha Bank's secure e-commerce. All your credit card transactions are executed in the strong encrypted environment of the Bank. The credit card is debited by the bank after it is checked and verified by the bank. To maximize your security, the credit / debit / prepaid credit card details are not stored in the server.

The company C. CANETTI & Co. serves its customers all over Greece in the following ways:
By speedex courier & ELTA courier services (door-to-door), pay on delivery. Courier deliveries take (1) one (2) two business days in Attica and (3) three to four days outside of Attica.
Our representatives are always at your service to inform you about any issues regarding orders and deliveries of our products anywhere in Greece.
Purchases made on kanetis.gr can be returned. The products must be intact & not have signs of use by the customer. The packaging must be in its original state and shipped properly in order to avoid any possible damage during transport, otherwise the returned products will not be accepted by our company. The cost of shipping is charged to the sender.
Return products must be shipped within 5 days from the date you received them, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
In case of returns, refund is not possible. The returned products can be replaced with other products of your choice of equal or greater value.
Our company makes every possible effort to safeguard the personal data of its users by following strict security measures. In order to ensure the protection of users' personal data, the systems and procedures used by Alpha Bank prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing their data and information systems.
The Bank's website, in which the customer is entering his cards details, has a digital certificate so that anyone can check its authenticity, that really belongs to Alpha e-Commerce or Alpha e-Pay delta pay) of Alpha Bank.
In the event that the issuing bank supports the use of a password for online card payments, Alpha e-Commerce Service automatically asks the customer to enter his / her secret code.
The Alpha e-Commerce Service follows the best international e-commerce payment practices and is also fully compatible with the international security protocols of Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for secure online card payments.
Zucchetti and Demm products are warranted for (5) five years. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is only valid upon the demonstration of the legal proof of purchase (receipt). The warranty covers defective products and manufacturing defects recognized by our technical department.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage of surfaces (chrome-plated or colored) caused by the use of cleaners containing acids or corrosive substances.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Damage caused by inappropriate use of the components of the product
